We designed and launched an AI governance board and the intake and review process that feeds it. We still run the board every two weeks. The engagement has run since 2024, about two years, and it is ongoing.
We wrote the company AI policy and its revisions. The second version launched earlier in 2026. We supported the EU AI Act compliance rollout.
We built mandatory company-wide AI policy training, delivered through the company LMS, and ran dedicated training for AI champions.
