AI pilots were starting ad hoc, with no single intake and unknown data-use terms with vendors. We designed the board and the intake, wrote the company AI policy, and still run the board every two weeks.
CommerceFragrance is hard to sell from a static product page. NOYZ had strong short-form video and none of it lived where people buy. We built an app that turns TikTok and Reels into shoppable feeds on the storefront. It worked well enough that it now runs as a DigiForm product.
CommerceOne of several interactive campaign sites we have built on Shopify. For the Only Human launch: storytelling that scrolls in step with its own menu, a moving gallery of community responses, and checkout kept on the page.
