How long does it take to deploy an AI agent?+

Most AI agent deployments go live within 4–6 weeks from kickoff. Week 1–2 covers discovery, business logic mapping, and integration planning. Week 3–4 covers build, testing, and QA. Week 5–6 covers staging, team training, and go-live. Complex deployments requiring deep CRM integration or regulatory compliance review may take 8–10 weeks.

How do DigiForm's AI agents integrate with existing systems?+

Our agents integrate natively with the most common CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive), calendar systems (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly), document management platforms, and communication channels (web chat, SMS, WhatsApp, phone). For enterprise systems, we build custom API integrations. All integrations are documented and handed over to your team at deployment.

What is the difference between Digital Agents, Voice AI, and Operational Intelligence?+

Digital Agents handle text-based interactions — web chat, SMS, email, and form submissions. They are ideal for lead qualification, document collection, and customer support automation. Voice AI handles inbound phone calls with natural spoken conversation — ideal for practices, agencies, and service businesses that receive high call volumes. Operational Intelligence focuses on internal workflows — automating how your team processes data, generates reports, routes approvals, and manages knowledge internally. Many clients deploy all three in combination.

Do you offer ongoing support after deployment?+

Yes. All DigiForm deployments include a 30-day hypercare period with daily monitoring and rapid iteration. After hypercare, we offer ongoing retainer arrangements covering performance monitoring, model retraining, conversation flow optimisation, and quarterly business reviews. Most clients on retainer see continuous improvement in agent performance over the first 6–12 months as the system learns from real interactions.
