§ 01 · What it does

Six things the platform does — for the people who have to answer for AI.

NavigAIte isn't a model marketplace. It isn't an MLOps tool. It's the layer that sits above whatever you've already deployed — tracking initiatives, scoring maturity, hosting your policy stack, measuring team fluency, and showing ROI realised against the underwritten target.

Capability 01

Initiative registry

Every AI initiative in active use — vendor, owner, data classification, dependent workflows, status. One source of truth, refreshed quarterly with the team.

  • Per-initiative owner, status, scope, and KPI
  • Vendor metadata and data classification
  • Pilot → Live → Sunset lifecycle tracking
Capability 02

Maturity & readiness

A score per initiative and per function — data quality, owner clarity, change-management readiness, monitoring in place — so you can see which initiatives are actually ready to scale, and which ones look live but aren't.

  • Readiness rubric applied per initiative
  • Heatmap across functions and stages
  • Quarterly delta — what's moving, what's stuck
Capability 03

Policy & governance

Your AI policy stack — usage policy, vendor policy, data-handling, escalation paths — hosted alongside the registry, mapped to recognised frameworks, and refreshed on a cadence the board can see.

  • Policy library mapped to ISO 42001 / NIST AI RMF
  • Per-initiative policy applicability shown
  • Review cycles and approvals tracked
Capability 04

ROI & performance tracking

Every initiative has a target. NavigAIte tracks the realized number against the underwritten one — hours saved, throughput, cycle time, customer satisfaction — with the methodology shown.

  • Per-initiative KPI tied to baseline
  • Methodology and source data on every figure
  • Quarterly delta vs. underwritten target
Capability 05

Team fluency

The people side of adoption — who's been trained, on what, when, and how confident they actually feel using the tools you've rolled out. The half of the equation most platforms ignore.

  • Fluency scores by team and role
  • Training cadence and completion tracking
  • Self-reported confidence vs. actual usage
Capability 06

Board-ready reporting

The quarterly packet, generated from live data — initiative status, ROI realised, maturity deltas, policy reviews, fluency trends. The same document the CFO and the General Counsel agree on.

  • Quarterly board pack, generated from live data
  • One-click CSV / PDF / JSON export
  • LP-ready brief for portfolio operators
§ 02 · Inside the platform

Three core views. One source of truth.

The platform is built around three views that map onto the questions every operator running AI eventually has to answer: what's running, how mature is it, and is the policy stack keeping up.

View 01 · Registry

Every initiative, in one place.

The registry is the spine of the platform. Every AI system — built, bought, or piloted — lives here with its owner, status, data classification, and KPI. New initiatives are added in under five minutes, and the lifecycle (Pilot → Live → Sunset) is the same one your board already understands.

  • Add, edit, sunset initiatives without engineering
  • Filter by owner, department, vendor, risk tier, lifecycle stage
  • Quarterly view shows delta — what changed since the last board cycle
  • CSV / PDF / JSON export, with the evidence trail attached

View 02 · Maturity & readiness

Which initiatives are actually ready to scale.

Most AI dashboards tell you what's running. NavigAIte tells you which of those things are ready to scale and which ones look live but aren't. A readiness score per initiative — across data, ownership, change management, and monitoring — rolls up into a heatmap your CFO and your CTO can read in the same meeting.

  • Readiness rubric: data quality, owner clarity, change management, monitoring
  • Heatmap across functions and lifecycle stages
  • Quarterly delta — what's moving, what's stuck
  • Drill into any cell for the underlying signals

View 03 · Policy & governance

The policy stack, alive next to the registry.

Your AI usage policy, vendor policy, data-handling rules, and escalation paths — hosted alongside the registry, mapped to the frameworks your auditor recognises, and refreshed on a cadence the board can see. No more policy PDFs that nobody reads and nobody has updated since 2023.

  • Policy library mapped to ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF
  • Per-initiative applicability shown on the registry row
  • Review cycles, owners, and approvals tracked
  • Aggregated coverage view for the executive committee

§ 03 · How it fits

The platform that makes the practice repeatable.

NavigAIte is the operational counterpart to our Govern it practice. The practice produces the policies, the AI-fluency program, and the board packet. The platform keeps it alive between board meetings — and turns the work into something a finance team or an in-house counsel can run on their own.

01

Govern it engagement

Inventory, policy stack, AI-fluency program, audit-aligned framework. We do the work; the artifacts get loaded into NavigAIte.

02

NavigAIte goes live

Your registry, your maturity scoring, your policy stack, your team-fluency view — all four modules switched on. Owners assigned, KPIs tied to baselines, evidence trail switched on.

03

Quarterly cadence

The board pack assembles itself from live data. The practice becomes a system you operate — not a binder you re-do every year.

§ 04 · Who it's for

Four roles. One registry that talks to all of them.

The General Counsel asks different questions than the CTO. The CFO asks different questions than the Data Protection Officer. NavigAIte gives each function a view that answers their question without four parallel spreadsheets and a recurring 90-minute meeting.

Role 01

General Counsel

Policy stack mapped to recognised frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF), per-initiative applicability, and an evidence trail you can hand to an auditor without a six-week scavenger hunt.

Uses · Policies · Evidence · Export
Role 02

CTO & Data Lead

Registry of every model, vendor, and dependent workflow. Maturity and readiness scored per system. Lifecycle from pilot to sunset, version-tracked.

Role 03

CFO & Operator

Role 04

People & Enablement Lead

Team-fluency scores by role, training completion, self-reported confidence vs. actual usage. The half of adoption most platforms ignore.

§ 05 · Security & deployment

Built like infrastructure your auditor wants to see.

NavigAIte is the system of record for your AI program — so the security posture is taken seriously. Single-tenant deployment options, EU data residency, and a data model designed so the platform never holds the model artifacts themselves.

01
Metadata-only architecture

NavigAIte stores the registry, the audit results, and the evidence trail — never your training data, never your model weights, never your customer PII. The model lives where you put it; we hold the record about it.

02
Deployment options

Multi-tenant SaaS for SMB and mid-market, single-tenant SaaS for regulated operators, on-prem deployment for clients with EU data residency or sectoral data-sovereignty requirements.

03
Identity & access

SSO via SAML / OIDC, SCIM provisioning, role-based access aligned to the four user roles, full audit log on every access event — exportable as evidence.

04
Integrations

Read connectors for the systems your AI estate already lives in — Anthropic Teams, OpenAI Enterprise, Azure AI, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, ServiceNow. Write connectors to your existing GRC stack.

§ 06 · FAQ

The questions every operator asks.

Is NavigAIte a separate product, or only available with the Govern it practice?
Both. NavigAIte is included free for Digiform retainer clients on the Govern it practice — that's how most clients first see it. It's also available as a paid subscription on its own for operators who already have a governance practice and just need the platform layer to make it observable. The product is the same in either case.
Does NavigAIte do MLOps, model monitoring, or model serving?
No. NavigAIte is the governance layer above your AI estate, not the runtime. We integrate with your existing model platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure AI, Bedrock, Databricks, in-house) and with your existing data and identity stack. The model lives where you put it; NavigAIte holds the registry, the audit history, the regulatory map, and the evidence trail.
How does NavigAIte handle regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act?
NavigAIte's policy stack maps to recognised frameworks — ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and obligations operators commonly track from the EU AI Act. Per-initiative applicability is shown on the registry row, and the policy library tracks review cycles, owners, and approvals. We don't replace specialist legal advice on classification — we give you the operational system to act on it.
What does maturity scoring actually measure?
A readiness rubric applied per initiative across four dimensions: data quality, owner clarity, change-management readiness, and monitoring in place. Each scored on a defined scale, rolled up to a function-level heatmap. The point isn't to grade initiatives — it's to surface the ones that look live but aren't, before they get scaled into something harder to walk back.
Where is NavigAIte hosted, and can it run on-prem?
Multi-tenant SaaS hosted in AWS Frankfurt for EU clients and AWS US-East for North America. Single-tenant SaaS deployment available for regulated industries. On-prem deployment is available as a Kubernetes Helm chart for clients with internal data sovereignty requirements — typical use case is healthcare, financial services, or EU public sector.
What does pricing look like?
NavigAIte is included free for Digiform retainer clients on the Govern it practice. As a standalone subscription it scales by initiative count and deployment tier — from a single mid-market operator up to a portfolio tier for private equity operating partners managing multiple PortCos on one tenanted instance. We don't list prices publicly — book a demo and we'll size it against your estate.
Who owns the data inside NavigAIte?
You do. NavigAIte stores metadata about your AI estate — registry entries, audit results, evidence trail. We never hold model weights, training data, or customer PII. The data is yours, exportable at any time as CSV / PDF / JSON, and on contract termination we delete the registry per the standard data deletion SLA in the MSA.
